Our Team

Humble Coffee was established in 2014, and at that time Josh, aka "Juice", worked for the founding owners as a Barista. He has been here since the beginning and has been dedicated to coffee culture long before that. Almost two years later he recruited Juanita, lovingly referred to as "Bunny" by the crew and customers. They had worked together as baristas in the past and have been lifelong friends. At that time, it was one drive thru location, and the owners were roasting coffee in their garage.

From humble beginnings, Bunny and Juice were eventually offered an opportunity to purchase the business from the founding owners and have tried avidly to stay true to the vision: demonstrating a heart of service and delivering an excellent cup of coffee. Together they have more than 20 years of experience in the coffee industry.

Bunny's husband, Aaron, joined the leadership team in 2021 and acts as the Lead Member for operations and company strategy. He has an extensive background in small business strategy and is a serial entrepreneur. He is passionate about the roasting process and constantly finding new answers improve our products and introduce new partnerships to build a strong community around us.

Ben is the last member of the leadership team. He joined in 2021. He has a strong background in Finance and Management. Initially he was a silent investor, but quickly became deeply engrossed in the business and now works in the core of the business. He, like the other owners, carries a wide variety of roles. Ben is often described as a devilishly handsome and charming gentleman with a heart of gold. (AND he happens to manage the website you are currently reading. Haha.)

Our business employs 10 baristas and coffee roasters currently, and we are looking to continue our growth into the future. Our dedicated staff members are the true heroes in this story, and each one of them is an invaluable contributor to our success. THANK YOU to each and every one of them always.
